Hicksville Crusader Youth Football & Cheerleading 10th year Anniversary plans are underway. Our registration is officially set to "kick-off" in April! Whether you are a returning current or past member of our Crusader family or new to us, we want to hear from you. Football & Cheerleading

The Hicksville Football Association Board welcomes you to the 2012 Football and Cheerleading Season. The Hicksville Football Association's (H.F.A.) goal is to promote youth football and cheerleading in Hicksville for many years to come. Our vision is to ensure that all youth in the community have the opportunity to participate. As a non-profit organization, we want our community to know that the H.F.A. is about the kids and that all community support goes directly to the program.

Football and Cheerleading have been very popular programs for the children and parents who participate. The participants not only learn the game of football, but they also learn sportsmanship, respect, team spirit, pride and self-esteem.

Our Program requires a considerable investment in the safest and most modern equipment available. In addition, the H.F.A. organization must pay for use of the athletic fields, preparation of the fields, equipment storage, liability insurance, and referees to name a few. The H.F.A. needs community support to ensure a successful association. The Hicksville Football Association would like to thank you for your continued support of our program.

Football: *The Hicksville Crusaders will have a new age group this year, U13 (7th and 8th graders) with no weight limit. This age group will be just like 7th & 8th grade Middle School football. The schedule will be worked out around school sports. This is your opportunity to get ready for High School football. A medical release form from a physician is required by the NCYFL for all football players 5 - 13 years old. *The weight-in is currently planned for August 27, 2012*.
Competition Cheerleading/Dance:  Available only for 7-12 year olds. One year of prior HFA Cheerleading experience needed for team placement,  if age group is available. All others must be approved by team management.
*Note: An additional fee of $125.00 is required for all competition cheerleaders. This fee will be collected at the first practice in August. Maximum League Registration Fee is $275.00 per family. (This does not include the $125.00 additional competition cheerleader fee)
All tea division placements are based on your child's age as of 11/30/2012 (e.g.: 8 year old boy by 11/30/2012 will be placed on the 8 yr old team; 8 year old after 11/30/2012 will be placed on the 7 yr old team).
Practice set to begin first week of August.
Placement on football or cheer team not guaranteed after July 31st.
No Refunds after 9/1/2012.
Please note your registration is not complete until we receive your online payment. 

 I, the parent/guardian of the child(ren) named above hereby by pressing the "Submit" Button give my approval for his/her participation in any and all HFA activities during the 2012 season. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including transportation to and from activities, practices and games, and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless HFA, its organizers, officers, managers, participants and persons for any claim arising out of injury to my child(ren) in all HFA activities, except to the extent and the amount covered by accident or liability insurance. I agree to return at the end of the season and/or upon request, all uniforms and other equipment issued by HFA.
